So.. alt-tabbing out of the game is easy but the with time it takes to alt-tabbing back into it I could go to the toilet, pee, go to the pantry, have a drink, and wanting to pee again.
Most games like warcraft3 simply uses a shortcut plus the -windowed option, or it even offers the option in the game setting, but no.. not grid.
Aaanyways for any reason of conveniece, here’s how:

1. Find out where your GRID’s saved games folder is, usually its under C:\Users\xxx\Documents\Codemasters\GRID\ or that’s “My Documents” for XP users
2. go to hardwaresettings folder
3. open up hardware_settings_config.xml with a text editor
4. look for fullscreen=”true” and change it to… fullscreen=”false”. Done XD

Ok so I just found out my game of GRID stutters during loading screen cause I moved the install from my new drive to an older one… =< being the last one to finish the loading screen always signifies that your pc isn't up to date xD

-.- my tales of eternia save data suddenly went corrupt when I played…

out of a whim I decided to continue play it on t3h psp… stopped cuz I’ve finished it on the ps version. At first I totally forgot what to do n where to go next XD … yeah that happens alot, so I had to lookup a faq/guide.

buuuuuuuuuuut! while leveling up in a sunken ship and saving after each battle O.o just that one time it sez “save failed” and the game hangs ;__; when i tried to load it sez “no save data” -.-

well… thats the end of that
